Processing of routine purchases of raw materials and services Monitoring and verification of order confirmations Monitoring and coordinating delivery date Incoming goods with acceptance of shipments, warehouses and warehouses Collection of orders and price requests in the ERP system Price Inquiries for Suppliers Creating long-term supplier declarations Coordination of order processing from acceptance to delivery taking into account customer specifications, dates and logistical aspects Collection of customer orders with scheduled dispatch and invoice in the ERP system Commissioning of customer orders with goods shipment incl. Packing of shipments and creating all necessary shipping and export documents Customs handling of goods imports and exports of goods Warehouse management and master data maintenance in the ERP system SAGE Monitor stocks and prompt introduction of necessary measures to ensure a smooth flow of materials Preparing and implementing inventory Checking freight bills, costing freight and packaging costs

Closed commercial training, like an industrial merchant or wholesale trader or comparable training 3-5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company (material management or disposition) Experience in export, customs processing and preferential law (of advantage) Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAGE) Secure application of standard software (MS Office) driving licence class B German, good English skills readiness for timely flexible work Self-employed and committed work also under strain with simultaneous team capability
