As a central contact person(s) of the Executive Board, you have the opportunity to actively develop the quality of care, personnel design and organisational structures – and thus to significantly shape the future of our care. Development of measures to promote staff and improve staff retention in cooperation with the staff and care services Initiation and control of innovative projects to ensure future-oriented care services Strategic advice from the Management Board and Management Levels in all matters of care and quality development Building a transparent reporting system for continuous quality assurance Management of quality circles, project groups and workshops to promote internal communication Developing new services and innovative supply models

That makes you: Completed studies in nursing sciences or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in long-term care and safe expertise in current developments in nursing and healthcare Proven strength in project work, process design and moderation of teams Personal characteristics: organizational talent, communication strength, innovation joy and strategic thinking Motivation to continuously develop professionally and personally and actively contribute to shaping future-oriented care driving licence class B
