You actively shape the construction of a modern project management framework – focusing on clarity, simplicity and effectiveness instead of formalism. You coordinate the strategic project board of the PBeaKK, prioritize projects and create an overview of ongoing projects. You plan and monitor the project budget, ensure meaningful reporting and ensure transparency about progress, risks and resources. You prepare work levels, risks, dependencies and results so that You are clearly understandable and relevant to decision-making for business management, management and stakeholders. You organize release processes, accompany escalations pragmatically and support interface management to the participating service providers. You help project leaders to effectively use agile methods, clear targets, action controlling and change management. You contribute to the teamwork of the business unit: You take on team roles, organise workshops and take responsibility for good cooperation.

You ideally have a master's or graduate degree in the field of economics, technology, with a project-relevant focus or a comparable qualification in a field relevant to the advertised job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You have well-founded, multi-year experience in multi-project management or in managing company-wide project portfolios. You know classical and agile ways of working and bring a good understanding of project governance and organizational control mechanisms. You are safe in handling Microsoft Office, project/product management tools and collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira or YouTrack, Miro, Mural, Conceptboard). You convince by analytical thinking, sovereign appearance, consulting skills and a high degree of self-initiative. You want teamwork, feedback, moderation and an open exchange. You are open to occasional travel to project workshops or campus meetings.
