Your job: As Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) at ''eesii'' you play a key role in leading traditional print marketing into the digital future. You will spend a lot of time with our local customers to jointly develop innovative solutions and fully exploit the potential of our SaaS platform.

Your tasks in detail: Customer support & workshops: You are the face of “eesii’” and build strong, trusting relationships and perform inspiring workshops to show our customers how to creatively and effectively integrate print marketing into their digital marketing strategy Campaign development and optimization: You work closely with our customers to develop customised direct mail campaigns and continuously optimize their performance Consulting and Process Management: You advise our customers to optimally use our SaaS solution and help them make strategic decisions that strengthen print marketing Controlling: You take care of the creation of invoices and sales forecasts to ensure that all goals are achieved

Must-have: You have at least three years of professional experience in the field of customer success, sales, account management/customer support and/or marketing automation You bring a completed economic studies - preferably with a focus on marketing - or a comparable training with You work customer-oriented, have convincing communication and presentation skills and can communicate complex content in a comprehensible way You have a high IT affinity and good numerical understanding You are proactive, creative and have a passion for finding innovative solutions for customers Nice-to-have: You speak very good English You have knowledge of marketing automation tools or SaaS solutions
