Professional experience in personnel services, ideally in the IT environment Experience in employee transfer, recruitment, employment contract, recruitment, distribution or account management Joy of customer contact, recruiting and networks as well as a strong interest in the IT industry Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, communication strength and negotiation skills Structured and solution-oriented operation and safe handling of digital tools and CRM systems readiness to travel within Germany
