Project developer and board advisor (m/f/d)

In the project development and control, you will accompany your own and associated construction projects of nestbau AG from the idea to the completion. This means: talks with property owners: inside and/or municipalities as well as the application in concept award procedures, the development of usage concepts, i.e. ideas, how a plot/project can be played/concepted as effectively as possible with the inclusion of the surrounding quarter. General legal and organizational aspects must also be clarified and implemented, communication with the architecture and engineering offices in matters of basic determination and concrete planning concepts. To this, you picture the interface, the conceptual (further) development of legal form and financing models, as well as the regular assessment of the economic viability of the concepts and of the projects in implementation the examination of funding opportunities and their application, and the preparation of financing discussions with credit institutions; the support for participation and external communication, as well as other cash and Engaged acquisitions, the advice of groups and initiatives that want to implement their own community-oriented construction and housing projects. As a member of the Board of Management, you are supporting the Board of Management mainly in the fields of finance/invoicing, shareholder communication, investor:internal acquisition and strategic development of the company. This means: drafting and designing financial reports for the Executive Board, Supervisory Board and, where appropriate, other stakeholders; independent cooperation with the tax office and the auditor in the preparation and audit of the financial statements; the preparation and organisation of the Annual General Meeting, the creation of reports, newsletters, blog posts and the recording of the company's social media channels, the organisation and conception of events (e.g. housing policy podiums or specialist discussions) with the aim of being able to carry out such events independently in the foreseeable future. A study of the economics, the construction/industrial economy, the architecture, urban planning, economics, administration, engineering and law is advantageous. It is also worth 2-3 years of professional experience in real estate, architecture, project management or urban planning. Above all, however, we wish to have an independent way of working, a high degree of self-initiative as well as an enthusiasm for just housing policy and community-oriented economy – and a corresponding entrepreneurial attitude.
