Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Munich As a Citizen Developer Consultant, you take on a Product Owner role with a technical focus. You enable internal Citizen Developers in the Bosch Group to develop independent low-code/no-code solutions – safe, sustainable and with a focus on user-friendliness. You are a central interface between departments, IT, internal Citizen developers and external partners and provide a scalable Citizen Developer community with clear governance rules.

Your duties Enablement & Community Building Creating a Citizen Developer Community of Practice Development and implementation of training, workshops and training on low-code/no code Provide Templates, Best Practices and Guidelines Solution Design & Prototyping Use cases and requirements from specialist areas Design of solution concepts with focus on usability, UX and design thinking Development and validation of prototypes (e.g. with Microsoft Power Platform) Governance & Compliance Definition and enforcement of policies for low-code/no code solutions Ensuring IT security, data protection and compliance Avoiding and controlling shadow IT risks through clear standards and processes Coordination & control Close cooperation with internal stakeholders and Citizen developers Managing external partners in implementing cloud solutions Ensure that external implementations are compatible with the Bosch governance Digitalization & Transformation: Coordination from business perspective of implementation in commercial IT systems Priority of the Overarching Development Topics Ensuring structuring of requirements and measurability by relevant KPIs

Training: completed studies with a focus on information technology or comparable qualifications. Experiences and know-how: multi-year experience in requirements engineering as well as software design or software architecture and in UX methods (e.g. design thinking, prototyping, user journey mapping). Experience in building and moderating communities of practice. Qualification: Funded knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms, preferably Microsoft Power Platform and knowledge of governance and compliance aspects (IT security, shadow IT, data protection). Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English.
