HR Manager (m/f/d)

Due to our activity in the aviation security field, an administrative reliability check according to § 7 Air Freight Security Act is required.

Responsibility for operational and strategic personnel work at the site and active participation of local HR agenda Professional and disciplinary leadership of the local HR team of 2 employees as well as close cooperation with the HR competence centers Control and support of all HR processes along the Employee Lifecycle - from setting to offboarding Advising and supporting executives in all personal, labour and employee-related issues Confidential and constructive cooperation with the works council, including negotiations and implementation of relevant topics Development, implementation and continuous optimization of HR processes and ensuring efficient HR processes Creation and analysis of relevant HR key figures and participation in personnel development and workforce planning in close coordination with the location management

Successfully completed studies focusing on Human Resources, Labour Law, Business Administration or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a responsible HR function, ideally as HR managers or in a comparable leadership role Knowledge of individual and collective labour law and extensive experience in cooperation with works councils and collective structures Embossed hand-on mentality paired with the claim to strategically design and successfully implement HR topics High consulting skills, sovereign appearance and the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile
