We are looking for you full time as

for our regional office in Bad Neuenahr/Rheinland-Pfalz.

What tasks do you have? Support of the operational team from the offer to the end of the warranty period (HOAI and VOB)

Implementation of contract-relevant correspondence with our partners and coordination of awards

Investigation of tender documents regarding the opportunities and risk potential and the development of suitable control measures in the project team

Contract and follow-up management for complex construction projects and consultation of the team in relation to contract issues

Return of unauthorized receivables of planners and contractors to the customer / client

What are you doing? Complete study of civil engineering, architecture or economic engineering

At least 5 years of professional experience in similar function

Knowledge in the fields of HOAI, VOB, VHB BGB

Good MS Office knowledge

German knowledge (C1)
