Technical support (human) for intermodal and standard freight wagons

As part of the team, you take the technical 2nd and 3rd level support for VTG-internal as well as external customers in the field of intermodal and standard goods vehicles. You are organising and taxing reconstruction and renovation projects and keeps in mind quality, costs and time. You evaluate admission topics in the context of reconstruction and renovation projects and implement them as needed. In addition, you will set up operational instructions for rebuilding and refurbishment measures and actively support workshop support. The technical decrease of cars in the course of reconstruction and renovation projects is also within your responsibility. When examining cost suggestions, you will bring your technical focus in a targeted manner. The definition and maintenance of technical data in the ERP system (Wamos!) is also part of your tasks. As a technical contact person, you enter selected car components within VTG. In addition, you support new building projects and contribute your expertise. You carry out internal and external technical training as part of the VTG Academy for employees and customers.

You have successfully completed your studies in the technical field (rail vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, transport, logistics or comparable) or a technical training. Technical know-how as well as relevant professional experience in the handling of rail vehicles or in a comparable technical environment characterize you. Customer orientation shapes your actions and your working day. You have the pleasure of unlocking new technical topics. You will encounter different speakers with communicative and social competence. . You can use your knowledge of English in word and writing.
