Head of Accounting / Financial Accounting (m/f/d)

You carry out the accounting team professionally and disciplinefully, develop employees in a targeted manner and work closely with the field management. With your attention to detail, you control the operational financial accounting of main and secondary books, balance sheet and GuV, to structured account management and ensure conclusive intercompany voting. You set up monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements with the support of the team and contribute your experience in consolidating consolidated financial statements. With your expertise, you guarantee compliance with statutory, tax and intra-group requirements and are responsible for the timely delivery of relevant tax reports. As a central contact for auditors and tax advisors, you coordinate communication, accompany audit processes and ensure a professional, sovereign and solution-oriented process. Together with the controlling, you are analysing business performance indicators and driving the further development of our financial processes as well as the ERP system Infor actively.

You have successfully completed or completed your training as an accounting officer (m/w/d). Multiannual professional experience in accounting, first leadership experience, and well-founded knowledge in group consolidation form the basis for your success in this position. The safe handling of MS Office, DATEV and ERP systems is obvious to you; Knowledge of Infor, experiences with Navision and a pronounced system affinity complete your profile. You can speak German and also communicate with international contacts in English.
