As Senior Consultant (m/w/d), you are the driving force behind our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects. You are directly present to the customer, take responsibility for the implementation and ensure that requirements are efficiently put into practice. Your everyday life is characterised by operational project work, close coordination with customers and team members as well as the continuous further development of solutions in the system. Your tasks You advise our customers on the introduction and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and implement the requirements together with them The independent configuration of the modules, implementation of workshops and presentations at the customer are part of your daily business You analyze processes, develop practical solutions and make sure that the systems are optimally tailored to the needs of customers. In the project day you work closely with adjacent areas such as platform and interfaces and ensure a smooth running For support enquiries, you are the first contact person*in to quickly find solutions and support the customers in specific questions The creation of offers and presentations takes place in close cooperation with your project team Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You have a degree in (economic) informatics, mathematics, economics or a comparable degree programme A certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central will help you; ideally, you also have experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules Your multi-year project and consulting experience in the SAP environment makes you a valuable team member You are hands-on, work in solution-oriented and have the pleasure of taking responsibility directly with the customer Knowledge of how to use master files and their transfer to SuccessFactor's data models Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and knowledge of English complete your profile
