Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Stuttgart In the Global Business Services business unit, we support the implementation of successful innovation projects in all Bosch business areas, including IoT, Connectivity, Future Mobility, Urbanization, Industrial Applications or Consumer Goods. With you, we are looking for someone to help us stay sustainable and to advance innovative ideas and new business models for the Bosch Group and thus grow together! As part of the PreMaster program, you do not miss any technical innovations: you act as an interface between Bosch internal bodies and external partners (such as startups, ecosystem partners, competitors, suppliers). Depending on the motto “Outside-In”, you will explore the external market and identify technical trends and solutions that we can target in our internal research and development activities. You provide information about the identified trends, evaluate them and actively participate in our project teams. Among other things, you support project management in concept competitions, supplier selection, cost calculations, in the development of business models or in the preparation of project decisions. But not only that: You are also a significant participant in the implementation and evaluation of technical innovations. Know our external innovation proposals in the Bosch Organisation (also across locations) by organising innovation marketplaces, for example. You can create exciting and versatile contacts and connect with other innovation drivers.

Education: above-average university degree (Bachelor) in the field of engineering, e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, technology or innovation management, and the concrete intention to include a master's degree Experiences and know-how: basic technical understanding and first relevant practice experiences are a plus Personality and mode of operation: you draw your attention through your friendly way, you like to work autonomously, bring your ideas proactively, critically questioning and always think forward-looking.
