As a team leader (m/w/d), you take over the professional leadership of a design team responsible for the holistic mechanical integration of set-ups/sets in military systems.

The following points are included in your task: Professional leadership of a design team with system managers for the area with a focus on the design of mechanical mounts and integration for the storage of customer-specific components, which are defined by a project-specific loading list Planning, coordination and organisation of work from the creation of the work package to the standard maturity Integrated integration of set-ups/ set-ups/ kits/ mission kits The team’s employees are able to carry out and respond to the testing and construction of functional assemblies for mission performance, kinematic systems and complex storage systems in military systems under ergonomic, protective and functional boundary conditions. Compilation of specifications Implementation or Initiation of proofs for integrated components

Complete studies in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, plant engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the field of construction, vehicle and plant construction with first experience in the management of a team and in the management of external development partners Founded MS Office knowledge, strong knowledge in handling CAD and PLM programs, e.g. Siemens NX Knowledge of DOORS and MS Project desirable Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed technical understanding and creative system thinking Self-responsible operation, team and leadership Standing for occasional missions
