Working Student Data & Document Management (m/f/d)

You set orders from R3 in the S4 system and ensure that all relevant data is transmitted completely and correctly. You prepare documents, supplement missing information and release them after careful examination. You'll care and extend all EAN related information so that all records are up-to-date and complete. You check color series and make sure that all technical and process-relevant specifications are complied with. You put partial documents in the system, keep them up-to-date and thus support process stability. You create color and tool piece lists and bring structure and overview into the production process. You retrieve print and stand pattern, adjust the associated data and place it cleanly and completely in the system.

You are a registered student (m/w/d) of the Business Administration, Accounting and Controlling, Tax Teaching, Auditing or a comparable degree course You have pronounced organizational skills and you are taking on your tasks with high accuracy and reliability. You can safely deal with common office applications and use Excel in particular souvereignly – for example for filtering or table care to efficiently process data. Ideally, you already have first experiences in dealing with SAP, making navigation easy in digital processes. You have a good basic understanding of structured data entry, which makes you particularly easy to work clean and systematic at high quality levels.
