Specialist in receivables management for the dental industry in Breckerfeld (m/f/d)

Responsibility for cash posting as well as the correct and timely allocation of payment inputs to customer accounts. Monitoring and control of customer-on holding/off holding processes and implementation of defined credit policies. execution of dunning including creation and tracking of customer account statements. Calculation, assessment and regular updating of credit limits taking into account customer risks and payment history. Definition and maintenance of risk categories for customers and continuous assessment of creditworthiness. Close cooperation with customers, sales teams and customer service to clarify overdue demands and develop sustainable solutions. Identification and implementation of internal process improvements in Credit Management together with Finance and Commercial Sales. Cooperation with debt collection service providers, business and credit rating agencies. Implementation of the daily, weekly and monthly votes of intermediate and debitor accounts. Testing and approval of customer master data (Customer Master Data) according to internal guidelines. Support for monthly closing processes and ensuring high data quality in debitor management.

3–5 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting, ideally focusing on debitor accounting, credit management or debt management. Experience in the independent processing of tasks in an international and intercultural environment. Embossed initiative, structured working and high readiness for responsibility. Flexibility and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic working environment. Strong customer and service orientation in handling internal and external contacts. Very good communication and negotiation skills. Safe handling of ERP systems as well as safe use of MS Office. Knowledge in SAP or comparable ERP systems desirable. Analytical skills and a good understanding of financial relationships and processes. Experience in dealing with credit risk assessment, dunning processes or international customer accounts is advantageous. Current knowledge of French and English in word and writing are prerequisites for this position. Readiness to travel to our European offices in the Paris area.
