Your multi-layered tasks include the consolidation and processing of the cash registers, banks and invoices. With the help of Microsoft Navision software, you can create payment runs in SFirm. And also in the case of correspondence with our offices and the processing of inquiries by phone and email, we can rely on you all around. You also take over the daily processing of our inbox from our offices.

Ideally, you have completed a commercial training, for example, as a merchant for office management (formerly office businesswoman / office businessman). Experience in accounting is imperative. You have administrative and numerical talent as well as the joy of structured work and unscrupulous results. You will also bring routine to MS Office and inspire your colleagues with your sense of responsibility and team spirit.
