As our (Senior) Legal Counsel (m/w/d) in Business Law, you are responsible for the practical advice of internal departments in all economic matters, especially in contract law.

Comprehensive legal advice: independent legal assistance in all legal matters with the focus on economic and contractual law and early introduction of legal expertise in the construction of new business areas Contract law: responsibility for the independent design, examination and negotiation of contracts; This includes, in particular, supply, purchasing and cooperation agreements, as well as sponsoring and sports marketing agreements IT and technology law: advice on economic aspects in IT and technology law and the legal assessment of framework conditions for the use of AI applications in our business processes Legal risk management: identification and assessment of legal risks and development of proactive risk mitigation recommendations Training and knowledge transfer: training in particular on contract law and other legally relevant topics including training materials Interface Management: Close cooperation with various departments as well as control of external law firms and court proceedings

Qualification: Successful Study of Law with the Second State Exam (w/d) Professional experience: Influential professional experience in a legal department of a company or a law firm, ideally with a focus on contract law Expertise: Joy in the design and negotiation of complex contracts and a strong interest in IT and technology topics as well as ideally first points of contact with questions about artificial intelligence Skillset: Analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation, discretion in handling confidential information and pronounced negotiation skills Communication strength: ability to communicate complex legal issues in a comprehensible and practical way, both in writing and oral Language knowledge: German and English knowledge in word and writing JOBV1_EN
