Head of Logistics (m/w/d)

Our client is an internationally operating industrial company headquartered in Germany and other locations in Europe and the USA. For the location in the Thuringian Eichsfeld, not far from Heilbad Heiligenstadt, we are looking for a logistics manager (m/w/d) on behalf of the company for a responsible key position. In this leadership position, you take responsibility for around 20 employees in the areas of shipping, warehouse and customs. You lead and develop your team, control the interfaces to management and specialist departments and drive the continuous optimization of processes and structures.

Studies in business management or commercial training with multi-year logistics experience Knowledge of customs and foreign trade law (including the right of origin, tariff and preference) Very good knowledge of English and safe handling of MS Office Analytical strength, conceptual thinking and structured working Communication strength, negotiation skills and leadership skills
