In close and partnership with the specialist areas, we are a flexible and efficient consultant and technological implementation partner. We are looking for you as an IT project manager in the field of our staff units (e.g. corporate management, accounting, personnel, purchasing, law) to implement the requirements of our internal customers in a targeted manner. Your core tasks include: Head of strategic projects or Initiatives from the Union Investment Group's project portfolio (sometimes with a significant budget volume) Planning and control of budget, (internal and external) resources and results for the respective projects (agil/hybrid/classic) Development of creative, economic and IT-efficiency solutions for and in cooperation with our internal customers (specialized areas) Representation of project results in relevant Union Investment bodies (e.g. control groups) with Management Attention Coaching or consulting internal and external project employees taking into account project-specific applications and requirements of our internal customers or service providers

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, business management or comparable training with corresponding professional experience in IT Multiannual and comprehensive professional experience in (digital) projects in the context of a financial service provider Designed analytical and organizational skills High level of self-initiative customer orientation, communication strength and enforcement capability, paired with diplomatic skill and safe performance Very good knowledge of German in word and writing A working method characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
