You act as a central interface between disciplines, development teams and stakeholders and ensure that business requirements are translated into high-quality technical solutions. Your tasks You control challenging IT projects from idea to successful go-live – including planning, budget, quality and risk management. You take on the role of the Product Owner and develop the Product Backlog as well as the Product Vision consistently. You drive the use of AI forward: automation, intelligent workflows, machine learning features and generative AI. You are analysing, structuring and prioritizing requirements in close coordination with specialist areas, architecture and development. You organize interdisciplinary teams from development, architecture, IT security, specialist areas and external partners. You control Go‐Lives and post-release reviews and ensure a seamless, low-risk transfer to the company. You develop transparent release roadmaps including feature deliveries and AI model updates. You accompany solutions responsible until the successful transfer to the company. You take full responsibility for the stable, safe and performant operation of your products. You analyze operating codes, user feedback and technical metrics, perform optimization measures and implement them. You initiate and control regular developments – functional, technical and with regard to AI improvements. You make sure that technical debt is addressed and continuous improvement is implemented. You drive innovations forward: new features, AI‐Use cases, process automation and integration. That's what you bring At least 5–7 years of experience in IT project management or product ownership. Completed study or comparable qualification. Knowledge of agile methods, especially Scrum. Experience in requirements management and the structured preparation of complex technical and technical requirements. First or deepened experience in release management. Own initiative and willingness to take responsibility as well as an independent way of working. Know-how in the field of artificial intelligence is desirable, for example automation, machine learning, generative AI or intelligent document processes. Strong communication, moderation and stakeholder skills. Analytical thinking, high quality standards and solution-oriented work.
