As part of your 6-month internship, we have the following tasks: You support the HR team in Berlin in the global HR transformation process

You will get to know the various facets of personnel work when accompanying personnel procurement activities and personnel adaptation programs.

You assist in implementing personal flexibility measures

You support the versatile area of attendance management

You gain insight into the activities as a HR business partner in the course of personal care as well as in personnel development processes and participate in our team meetings

You gain insight into the implementation of labour law research, e.g. legal interpretation of business agreements and, if necessary, in the preparation and monitoring of labour law processes

You can participate in current projects

You prepare self-regulatory dates including associated data, start various font changes and control corresponding recurrences

You can actively contribute your ideas in the course of the digitalization and automation of HR processes

The activity can begin from 20.04.2026.

You are ideally located in the Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a comparable Business or Social Sciences degree course with the focus on Human Resources/Working Law

With your positive attitude towards changes, you will recognize new opportunities and use them actively. In a dynamic, ever-changing environment, you will be able to get involved and advance your personal development.

In addition to open-mindedness and high motivation, you have a strong communication skills and enjoy working in the team
