Your tasks -- Children accompany and promote

• You organize the daily routine child-oriented and take responsibility for a smooth process in consultation with the management
• Planning, organization and implementation of educational offers and special activities are part of your everyday life
• Working together with the team on the pedagogical concept of the institution
• Written observations, documentation and reflections carefully prepare
• Active participation in parental, support and conflict talks completes your task field

Your profile -- Qualification and commitment

• (m/w/d), Healing Teacher (m/w/d) or a study of social education qualifies you for this position -- also as a social education (m/w/d) or childhood education (m/w/d)
• Management experience is desired, but no need
• Specialist training in the educational or rehabilitation field is welcome
• Personal commitment, team and integration skills as well as awareness of responsibility
