Intern Human Resources (m/f/d)

Varied tasks await you in various staff areas for a period of four to six months (40 hours / week). You support us in the administrative personnel tasks. You play an important role in the organisation of personnel development measures. You can independently participate in the recruitment and onboarding process. You support us in the care and improvement of our HR systems and the co-design of our LinkedIn account within Europe. We are open to your creative ideas and you have the chance to support us through analyses and research in the HR projects.

You are impersonated in a degree course of economics, business management or comparable studies with a focus on human resources management. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the personnel sector. You enjoy dealing with people and enjoy daily contact with different people. As we work in an international context, you also have good English skills in addition to very good German skills. You can work independently with the common software programs (Word, PP, Excel) and quickly find yourself in new programs. You also have a structured and conscientious way of working as well as a very high level of discretion in handling sensitive information and data.
