Your main tasks:

support in the planning and implementation of digitalization projects within the district administration, the introduction and development of digital civil services under the Online Access Act (OZG), including technical and legal assessment of solutions; co- and co-operation in the introduction of digital administrative processes, for example the comprehensive introduction and support of a voice and chatbot system within the district administration, Service Account Management (BundID, ZBP and MUK) under the Online Access Act (OZG), support employees in the introduction and use of new digital applications, interface management during the introduction of EfA services or other online services (Fit-Connect), coordination of the project progress including appointment control, maintenance of project documentation and coordination of technical requirements between administration, IT and external service providers; coordinating and conducting workshops and training; Accompanying and completing ongoing projects of supported broadband expansion.

The training as a specialist for system integration, application development, data and process analysis or digital networking (in this case the grouping into the 10 TVöD pay group) or the training for the and/or the managerial staff* and the successful completion of the second employee training course (in this case the grouping into the pay group 9c TVöD) or a completed degree course in Computer Science, Administration (Public Adminstration), Administration Informatics, Business Informatics or an equivalent degree course with administrative experience. You are welcome to have relevant professional experience, and experience in the implementation of digitalisation projects in the public sector. You ideally have knowledge of the basics of the E-Government (e.g. OZG, E-Akte, Privacy), competences in the implementation of broadband expansion – and mobile telephony projects, as well as safe handling of the current MS-Office products. You have high IT affinity, interest in digital topics and in the further development of public services. You have a safe handling of digital tools, are innovative and open to new technologies. In addition, you have a creative mindset and are open to new approaches. You are capable of communication, cooperation and implementation in conjunction with a secure occurrence and persuasion. You are prepared to perform independently and independently tasks. You are service-oriented, reliable, show self-initiative and have a quick understanding.
