You identify talents, advise executives on recruitment decisions and make sure we win the right people for sustainable business success. You combine Recruiting expertise with data-based decisions, modern selection methods and an outstanding Candidate Experience.

You independently control the entire recruiting process – from the call to Active Sourcing to the successful occupation. You work with skills models and scorecards and make for sound and objective attitude decisions. You advise Hiring Manager as Sparringspartner:in all recruitment and selection questions. You recruit for different disciplines and support the growth of Leyton with the right talents. You analyze recruiting key figures and continuously develop our processes, methods and tools. You support employer branding and university recruiting activities and strengthen our visibility at the talent market.

You bring Recruiting experience from an in-house team or a staff consultancy. And have a completed study in the field of human resources management, BWL or a comparable qualification. You have fun to interview structured and competency based and make sound selection decisions. Active Sourcing is fun and makes sure that your candidate:internal pipeline includes both active and passively interactive talents. You understand Recruiting as a data-driven discipline and like to work with KPIs, reporting and clear processes. You communicate with a candidate: both inside and out on different levels. You are open to new technologies and are interested in the use of AI in recruiting. You bring empathy, joy of decision and a strong sense for people and potentials. Very good German skills (C1) as well as fluent English skills (B2) complete your profile.
