At the Glinde site is the rail and industrial brake lining production as well as a large part of the global friction lining development. The site was founded in 1935 and employs a total of 300 employees.

For this location, we are looking for a Head of Environment, Safety and Health/EHS Manager (m/w/d):

Your duties Construction, implementation and further development of the EHS Management System (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Ensuring compliance with German and European EHS regulations (including ArbSchG, BImSchG) Implementation of risk assessments, risk analyses and audits Investigation of accidents and incidents and derivation of measures Contact for authorities, certifiers and internal stakeholders Development and implementation of EHS training and emergency exercises Advising executives and monitoring of foreign companies

Complete technical or scientific studies 5–8 years of professional experience in EHS management, ideally in the industrial/technical environment Very good knowledge of German EHS legislation Experience with audits, risk assessments and incident investigations Strong communication in German and English Structured, self-contained and powerful Work safety specialist ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Auditor
