The website Pfefferminzia.de, the print magazine, our podcast formats, events of Pfefferminzia combine professionally relevant content in an appealing, fresh way with a targeted range in the broker and intermediary market.

Pfefferminzia is different from other industry magazines: informative and interactive, independent and controversial, alive and authentic. We love to make it new and to be innovative.

Together with insurance experts and insurers, we design columns, opinion contributions, interactive consultant tools. We conduct lively discussions on our social media channels and through our digital video formats.

Pfefferminzia is the fresh information medium for insurance heroes in Germany. Every working day, we inform intermediaries about everything important in the insurance industry – whether in news form, via podcast, via video, in an AI-based news show, as a TV format – in all cool formats that exist and will soon be available. You want to shape this world? Then we'll get you involved.

You actively gain new business customers:inside, process qualified leads and systematically expand our business. You carry out holistic demand analyses, create tailor-made offers based on them and convince our insurance solutions in the consultation. As a reliable contact:in you enter your own customer base, build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. You plan your customer appointments as well as sales activities independently and keep track of your pipeline and target achievement. In close coordination with the internal service, you will ensure smooth handling and high service quality for your customers.

You can look back on two years of experience in sales in the insurance industry (m/w/d) or a similar qualification is a plus, but no compelling requirement. Your strength lies in communication: you are customer-oriented, build trust quickly and advise with passion. For the advice of our clientele, you speak German at a safe level (C1). Good knowledge of English is advantageous.

Flexible working model: Use the opportunity to work 1-2 days a week in the home office and benefit from more flexibility. Entrepreneurial perspective: Develop with us up to the independent site manager with its own brokerage office.
