During your internship at our location in Oberkochen, Jena or Munich, you will preferably support our team for a period of about 5 to 7 months from January 2026. You will participate in the following tasks: Internal and external appointment coordination for interviews with applicants, departments and recruiters

Administrative tasks in the Recruiting Coordination Team such as e.g. the publication and offline switching of job advertisements on different platforms

Supporting applicants throughout the entire recruiting process

Organisation and support of recruiting projects

Create presentations and overviews

Current studies in the field of business, economics, psychology or in a comparable course of studies

Preferably, you have gained first experience in recruiting through relevant study focuses and/or relevant HR activities

Friendly communication and trusting handling of sensitive data are of course for you

A very good language skills in German and English complete your profile
