Complete studies in mechanical engineering, production engineering or industrial engineering or comparable professional orientation Multiannual leadership experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in mechanical engineering - for example as production manager, production manager, factory manager (each m/w/d) Knowledge of production planning, process optimization and quality management Experience with Lean methods and modern manufacturing concepts Entrepreneurial thinking as well as pronounced communication and leadership skills Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office Very good German and good English skills
