takeover of customer service for our customer group residential property, fixing the fees for waste disposal, processing of applications for waste containers, advising the taxable persons in the implementation of the statutes, in particular with regard to the obligation to dispose of the goods, the volume of containers, the discharge cycles and the fee dimension, and Treatment of complaints and other customer advice.

They have completed commercial training or comparable qualifications. You have professional experience, among others, in the telephone and personal customer care and consulting as well as in order processing. Knowledge of waste management, relevant regulations of the SBAZV and of the association area are of advantage. They have team spirit, are responsible, communicative and service-oriented.

a contract of employment with 39 hours per week for a permanent job, due to a long period of incorporation, a period of one year is initially envisaged; a collectively regulated payment by category 8 of the public service collective agreement (TVöD I VKA) incl.
