Training Supervision / Pedagogical Specialist for Assisted Training (m/f/d)

Description

In the Assisted Training (AsA), you support trainees in the dual system during their vocational training to successfully pass the degree and to enter into an insurance-based employment following the training. For this purpose, you will organize individual learning support and support for the trainees, which will help fit exactly where necessary.

Tasks

• Support and support of participants ( trainees) for the successful completion of training and sustainable integration into the first labour market
• Person and contact person for participants and training firms
• Promoting personal skills (e.g. work and social behaviour)
• Documentation of consultancy activities and funding courses of participants
• Planning and organisation of subject-specific teaching with our internal and external teachers
• Network work and cooperation with cost-benefits, teachers of vocational schools, training establishments, inns and competent bodies

Your profile

• Completed qualification/training as a master's, farmer's, specialist'in or technician' (min. DQR level 6)
• Alternative: Complete study of social work, social education, medical/rehabilitation education, special or professional education (min. Bachelor degree)
• Remarkable: First professional experience with the target group
• Embossed organizational skills and time and self-management
• Convincing communication skills and high empathy
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fun at independent work in education and care
