House engineer (m/w/d) with heart and hand for our citizens' house

Your tasks with us:

• Previewed organisation: You are responsible for the planned assignment of the rooms and accompany the appointments with users and service providers.
• Technology with mind: You enter the building technology (heating, light, safety) and carry out smaller repairs independently.
• Wohlfeeling atmosphere: You pay attention to order, care for cleanliness and prepare the premises for events before and after (chairing, technique).
• Speaker on site: You have an open ear for the concerns of our users and find pragmatic solutions.
• Energy and resource management: You keep the consumption and material use in mind.

• Technical understanding: A completed craft training and well-founded practical experience.
• Organizational institution: You also keep a cool head in challenging situations and find solutions.
• Flexibility in working time: Since events also take place in the evening or on weekends, you bring high time flexibility.
• ‘Guard’ mentality: You see where needs to be packed and enjoy dealing with people.
• Selfemployment: You work independently in the team and participate in the tasks flexibly.
• *EDV knowledge:   *You have basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and willingness to learn specific programs.
• Mobility: You have a valid class B driving permit and are willing to use your own vehicle for service purposes against the granting of a distance compensation.
