The “Securities Custody Services” division is responsible for the further development of the services of the securities business for Client Solutions, Corporates and the Private Bank. Main objectives of the unit are the internalization and integration of back-office activities incl. Building a back office technology platform and harmonisation of providers in the field of securities deposit services to create a simplified, standardized target model and subsequent operational operation of the target model.

Position type: Full-time/Part-time Responsibility for the settlement and confirmation of securities transactions such as: Purchase/sales of shares, bonds, funds, derivatives, structured products Settlement of OTC and stock exchange transactions Monitoring and balancing of the paper settlement processes with national and international central depositors (CSDs) such as Clearstream, Euroclear Processing of securities confirmations (Confirmations) with counterparties (SWIFT MT5xx, FpML, FIX, etc.) Separation of differences and post-processing (Fails Management) Cooperation with internal interfaces (settlement, capital measures etc.) Support in implementing regulatory requirements Cooperation or management of processes optimization or system migration projects (e.g. the introduction of a new back office platform)

Completed banking training or studies in the field of financial management, BWL, business informatics Multiannual professional experience in securities settlement / Operations environment Knowledge in: settlement processes in the securities sector SWIFT message formats (e.g. MT54x, MT3xx, MT5xx) Matching systems (e.g. OASYS, CTM, TRAX, SWIFT Accord) Knowledge of common side-backoffice platforms (e.g. Avaloq, Murex, SimCorp Dimension) Experience in project work in particular: Introduction of new settlement platforms Implementation of regulatory requirements Secure handling of Excel, ideally knowledge in SQL or VBA
