Graduate or Master of Social Education, Social Work, Education or Comparative Qualification Multiannual professional experience in a leading or responsible position in the relevant field of vocational training, for example in the case of educational institutions, vocational training institutions or in the field of retraining Knowledge of the relevant legal bases, in particular the SGB III (work support), and the relevant Multiannual experience in a leading role in vocational education (e.g. education, BBW, retraining) Good knowledge of the relevant legal bases (especially SGB III and the interfaces to SGB II and SGB IX) and the systems of the Federal Agency for Labour and Pension Insurance, as well as current educational concepts and methods Impressed leadership with a sense of decision, organisational skill and a high sense of responsibility Communication strength, a safe and value-assurance appearance and the ability to constructively connect different interests Structured, solution- and economically responsible working, ideally with experience in budget responsibility and admission control Knowledge of quality and project management as well as handling AZAV, certifications and audits Embossed social competence and team skills, an appreciative, inclusive and participatory basic attitude as well as serenity and patience in challenging situations The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
