As part of the team's location tasks, you are the first contact person:in (m/w/d) for all holders:in (m/w/d) of company vehicles and users:inside (m/w/d) of the pool vehicles at the Stuttgart site with the following tasks: Organisation of service and repair appointments with contract workshops Management and disposition of own pool vehicles Organisation and implementation of the winter wheel exchange including external and internal tyre bearings Implementation of initial diagnosis on all systems of the supervised company vehicles Own implementation of smaller maintenance and repair tasks according to manufacturer regulations Care of your own SB tank and the washing plant Support of electronic travel books (HPL system) General office activities at the modernly equipped workplace

Completed vocational training for:in KFZ-Mechaniker:in, KFZ-Mechatroniker:in or motor vehicle technician:in (m/w/d) for passenger car technology Multiannual professional experience, in conjunction with organisational / managing tasks Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Ideally qualified person according to DGUV I 209-093 / Level 1S/1E Class B driving licence Reliability, ready-to-use and high service and customer orientation (m/w/d) as well as team skills
