Copper expands its product range in the “Bio”, vegan meat substitute products and convenience products segments. For our location in Heilsbronn we are looking for Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Processing of all tasks in operational personnel management (developing all processes from entry to exit of the employee) Organisation and follow-up of employee training Development and support of employee events Examination and maintenance of the time economy Creation of report data, evaluations and statistics Contact person for employees and managers in everyday questions in human resources

Successfully completed commercial training and relevant professional experience in personnel management Experience in handling ERP systems (ideally SAP) Analytical and logical thinking Self-responsible and independent work
