As Microsoft 365 Architect (m/w/d) you have the technical responsibility and project management for implementing innovative Microsoft technologies Together with the team, they integrate them into the existing IT system landscapes and actively contribute to the further development They optimise our existing cloud solutions and are involved in building and maintaining central identity and access management and privileged identity and access management (PIM / PAM) You are in regular contact with our internal IT teams and external service providers In addition, the advice and support of BAUHAUS Landesgesellschaft in the M365 context also falls within your competence

Successfully completed studies with IT orientation (e.g. Business Informatics, Computer Science) or comparable training in IT Multiannual professional experience in the IT environment and in the construction and administration of On-Premise Active Directories and Microsoft Entra ID Wide knowledge of the planning and implementation of identity migrations into the cloud and practical experience in modern authentication standards (SAML 2.0, OAuth2, OIDC) Overarching knowledge in the Microsoft 365 world and profound experience in dealing with cloud architectures in migration projects in hybrid scenarios Understanding IAM concepts in complex, international environments, including knowledge in process development and optimization related to identity topics and privileged identity management (PIM) Embossed communication skills, self-employment and customer orientation, as well as a safe occurrence and team capability Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
