On behalf of our customer Hensoldt, a listed group in the Defence Industry, we are looking for backup as a project controller (m/w/d). First for a project duration of at least 15 months. Renewal and takeover opportunities are given.

Project monitoring and control: monitoring of project progress, identification of deviations and initiation of corrective measures Budget control: creation and monitoring of project budgets, cost control and analysis Risk management: identification and assessment of project risks and development of risk mitigation measures Reporting: Creating regular reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders Process optimization: Analysis and improvement of project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness Collaboration: Close cooperation with project managers, financial departments and other relevant teams

Education: Completed studies in the field of business management, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Professional experience: experience in project controlling or in a similar position Knowledge: Funded knowledge in project management methods and tools, as well as in cost and performance accounting Skills: Embossed Analytical Skills, Problem Solving Competence and Structured Operation Software knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with project management software (e.g. MS Project, SAP) Knowledge of German and English in Word and Writing
