Define, control and continuously improve the Configuration Management Process (CM) and the IT Asset Management Process (ITAM) within the IT Group
Responsible for CMDB Governance including data models, lifecycle standards, quality rules and process guidelines
Ensure the integrity of all Configuration Items (CIs) and IT Assets over their entire life cycle
Establish and monitor control mechanisms
Tuning and interlocking the process with relevant ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Request Fulfillment)
Management of international stakeholders such as Service Owner, Asset Manager, CI-Class Controller, Procurement, Security, Finance
Analyzing KPIs (e.g. CMDB Health scores, data quality, lifecycle maturity) and deriving improvements
Support tool development in the CMDB /ITAM environment in close cooperation with platform and architecture teams
Including experience as a Process Owner in the environment of IT Asset Management and Configuration Management in an international company
Funded understanding of ITIL practices, in particular “Service Configuration Management” and “IT Asset Management”
Expertise in handling CMDB frameworks (e.g. CSDM) and common ITSM /ITAM platforms
Ability to clearly define and globally roll out process policies, roles, responsibilities and governance models
Very good understanding of CI modeling, data sources, discovery mechanisms and lifecycle standards
Impressive ability to analyze process KPIs and data quality metrics analytically and to prepare complex technical relationships in a comprehensible manner
Structured and conceptual working together with strong communication in dealing with global stakeholders
Enforceability in Enforcement of Standards and Governance
Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
