You control projects and participate in the planning, control and implementation of energy contracting projects You take over monitoring, data processing and project documentation You develop project phases and standardize them You carry out your own acquisition projects in perspective and supports economic calculations and financial planning You participate in the offer and contract structuring and collect offers from external service providers, check and evaluate them structured You analyze optimization potentials, research and evaluate new system solutions, initial structured status reports, and regularly agree with customers:

You have completed a degree in engineering, industrial engineering, utility or energy engineering, or a technical training (e.g. SHK) with a clear business focus or experience in real estate management You have knowledge of German and a technical understanding (e.g. TGA, energy/heating technology, real estate management) You have first experience in project management and work structured, independent with a problem solution mentality You are able to explain technical topics in a comprehensible way and are safe to use MS Office and have an affinity for (AI-assisted) tools You are interested in taking responsibility as project manager in the medium term:
