You support the care management in the organization and control of the entire care area You will be responsible for the representation in technical and organizational matters, if appropriate, in absence. You work to ensure individual, professional care and care of our residents You accompany and support the care team professionally and humanly You are actively working on developing our quality management You will gain insight into personal and service planning as well as legal frameworks and maintain a value-adding exchange with relatives, employees and external partners

You have a completed training as a nursing specialist (m/w/d), e.g. as an elderly caregiver:in, health caregiver:in or nursing professional/w You are interested in leadership and organizational issues You have first insights into coordinating tasks that are welcome, but do not provide a prerequisite You have a sense of responsibility, team spirit and organizational talent You appear friendly and safe and communicate clearly and empathically
