Foreman - Construction Management / Planning / Bricklayer (m/f/d)

You independently control the daily processes on our construction sites and ensure the time-, quality- and cost-oriented execution. You carry out your construction site team professionally, participate in the tasks and are the first contact person to comply with the occupational safety. You are responsible for the construction site documentation, guide the hour lists and provide the project management with important feedback for the post-calculation. In close coordination with the building management, you coordinate the use of personnel, equipment and material and ensure optimal building site logistics.

You have a completed training in civil engineering and ideally bring at least two years of professional experience as a polisher. You like to take responsibility, work independently and keep track of complex construction projects. As a strong team player, you can clearly convey work instructions and motivate your colleagues. Physical work on the construction site, even in height or in enclosed spaces, is not a problem for you. You own a class B license. For a smooth coordination in the team and with partners you speak fluent German.

You will receive a fair payment by fare, which will be supplemented by Christmas money and individual construction site premiums.
