The aim is to efficiently design and continuously improve processes in the contract area – from collection to care. The focus is on the documentation and optimization of processes as well as close cooperation with IT, quality management and the operational specialist departments. In addition, you support the daily business in this role and ensure stable, understandable, digital and sustainable processes. YEARS You are the central contact person for colleagues, process experts and managers when it comes to the further development and coordination of process improvements You act as a link and coordinator between operations and IT and promote close, high-quality cooperation in system and process development You support day-to-day operations and contribute to smooth running of our support processes You make sure that our automated processes work reliably, such as contract extensions, interest rate adjustments, document uploads, target positions, reminders, messages to external bodies as well as the management of system-based texts and documents For high data quality in the field of operations, use control reports, data management and corrective measures You ensure the proper execution and ongoing development of the Internal Control System (IKS) in the field of operations Together with quality management, you coordinate the creation, development and analysis of evaluations and reporting You test new developments, detect mistake images and help them to resolve them

You have a completed commercial training or Matura You bring at least 7 years of professional experience in contract management, process management or a comparable area with a leasing company or bank Understanding cross-departmental processes as well as their dependencies and relationships in the financial services environment corresponds to your DNA You also have well-founded knowledge of contract and tax issues related to lease and credit contracts Through your affinity for numbers, you have experience in creating and developing evaluations, reports and control instruments You are passionate about agile work and are interested in modern project management methods and tools Knowledge of service and maintenance contracts as well as insurance know-how complete your profile You are a real team player who communicates openly and appreciates collaboration In addition, you bring a strong customer orientation and a solution-oriented approach Last but not least, you benefit from your communication skills, the basis of which are very good German and English knowledge You don't meet all the criteria?
