You answer your questions by phone and in writing You check counter readings, help with invoice questions and find solutions for complaints You advise on products, tariffs and sometimes even on PV systems or electromobility (depending on project) You work in a solid team – with time for incorporation and support

You bring a completed training (e.g. Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann für Dialogmarketing (m/w/d))) You like to phone and write clear and friendly You can work in layers between 7 am and 8 pm (no weekends) You are fit on the PC and the handling of MS Office is not strange to you
