You take over the technical management and commercial coordination with the owner of two retail properties and two residential buildings which are supervised by an external contractor under business management contracts. Support our technical manager in operational day-to-day business and ensure the proper management of the objects.

You are the first point of contact for owners, tenants, service providers and authorities with everything in technical terms, and ensure a smooth running in the Gießen office You control external service providers and the internal master care service and keep in mind quality, dates and costs You organise maintenance, audits and expert collections, document them and ensure that no deadline is passed You accompany the object visits, hold deficiencies and follow the fix until the end You commission repairs and minor modernizations, check the invoices and release them in fact You regularly report to the client and support insurance damage from admission to regulation

completed commercial training, ideally related to real estate, building management or technical services, or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in real estate, property or facility management desirable Basic technical understanding for building and maintenance processes Safe handling of current MS Office applications Structured, independent and responsible operation Organisational skills, communication strength and service orientation Enforcement in the control of external service providers Knowledge of the handling of service, maintenance and operator contracts Driver's license class B
