Malteser Assistance is a medical service company of the Malteser Hilfsdienst non-profit GmbH in Cologne. It is one of the German market leaders in the assistance industry and offers its insurance and corporate customers comprehensive assistance services in accident, care and health insurance. The range of services includes the organisation of outpatient assistance, repatriation of the sick and damage regulations and management and consulting services in the healthcare sector.

Organisation of global ground and airborne patient transport: Recording and coordination of cases Planning, costing, booking, disposition and monitoring of transports Communication with cost carriers, patients, relatives, hospitals and doctors in Germany and abroad

You have completed commercial training in logistics/touristics or health care with min. 3 years of professional experience Medical interest or medical training is desirable You count self-organization and service awareness among your greatest strengths You are fluent in English and German, i.e. in C2 level in word and writing, knowledge in other languages are very welcome to us A pronounced customer orientation is of course for you You control the common office applications The willingness to the shift service within our business hours from 8:00 to 19:30 as well as occasional Saturday service is available to you
