Your tasks – Your responsibility As a project controller (m/w/d), you are the central interface between planning, construction management, specialist planners, authorities and management. You are responsible for the time-, cost- and quality implementation of our housing projects and support the project management through predictive control and control of all project participants. Project Management Control and support of demanding housing projects over all phases of the project Ensuring compliance with project objectives with costs, dates, qualities and risks Support of project management in strategic and operational decisions Creation, updating and monitoring of project, appointment and action plans Coordination of cooperation between architects, specialist planners, construction management, authorities and external service providers Plan examination & plan management Examination of execution, approval and plant planning for completeness, plausibility, feasibility and cost-effectiveness Control of the plan documents with regard to compliance with statutory requirements, standards, technical regulations and internal quality standards Identification of planning errors, interface conflicts and optimization potentials Coordination and follow-up of planning adjustments with architects and specialist planners Ensuring scheduled and demand-oriented planning for the construction design Cost, appointment and quality management Participation in budget planning, cost control and project controlling Implementation of target actual comparisons and analysis of time and cost deviations Monitoring compliance with project milestones and schedules Support for tenders, awards and follow-up assessments Implementation of quality controls and participation in project and construction sites Communication & Reporting Preparation and moderation of project meetings Creation of status reports, decision bases and presentations for management Documentation and follow-up of open points and project decisions Contact person for internal and external project participants in organisational and technical issues

Your profile – That brings you Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering construction or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management, project management or construction management in housing or construction Funded knowledge in the performance phases of HOAI and in the project management of construction projects Experience in planning and coordination of specialist planners Good knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and regulations (HOAI, VOB, DIN, GEG) Safe handling of MS Office and ideally with MS Project, BIM applications or comparable project management tools Analytical thinking, organizational strength and pronounced communication skills Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
