Welcome to the Evangelical Foundation Alsterdorf. As a diaconic service company in Northern Germany with around 6,500 employees, we are mainly active in the fields of integration aid, education and medicine. Who we are The advisory centre Alsterdorf offers a wide range of psychological, therapeutic, educational and psychosocial assistance for people with disabilities, their relatives and relatives and employees in social and health facilities. We are looking for a*n:

for intensive education Your workplace The team of intensive education offers advice, crisis intervention and training in challenging and difficult to understand behaviors of people with disabilities and/or mental illness, for their families, assistants in workplaces and housing facilities, educators in schools and nursing and doctors in the hospital.

health education crisis intervention Diagnostics and accompaniment of people with cognitive impairments and additional mental disorders and interaction problems Support of professionals in housing/occupancy facilities and clinics in dealing with people with disabilities Family advice Conducting seminars and trainings, among others, on understanding the subjectivity of people with cognitive deviations (e.g. autism, trauma...), developmental psychological aspects, dealing with challenging behaviors.

Education: (Fach)Disability education, medical education, rehabilitation education or education or comparable qualification relevant experience in diagnostics, accompanying people with cognitive impairments, consulting and crisis intervention Specialist knowledge in the field of trauma education independent and self-organized work Own initiative in the formation of work priorities The mission of our foundation reflects our Christian self-image and forms the basis of your action.
