• Provisional/Courtage Accounting for brokerage, stock management and other commission/day bookings on financial and insurance contracts with the focus of the Free Intermediaries Signal Iduna
• Technical support of executives / intermediaries for commission/day complaints, - regulations (including general questions / examinations)
• Processing of commission/day complaints for all personal insurance types (examination complaints, control, recalculation, corrections etc.)
• Complaint management: research and processing of complaints
• Makler order processing within the framework of the maintenance transfer of insurance/financial contracts at the request of the client:inside: examination of broker orders (legality, implementation contents, orders Sparten area), processing in the computer system, standard / individual correspondence, calculation of commission compensation amounts, execution of the desired stock transfer, archiving after processing.
• Participation in the ongoing improvement of the processing processes commission/day processing and broker order and the further development of work guidelines
• Participation in further development and testing of IT systems for commission/day processes, broker order processing processes (e.g. MABS) and contractual commission/day regulations

You

• have completed commercial training, ideally merchant/wife for insurance and finance or Office man / woman
• already have professional experience in the field of insurance management (contract) and/or specialist management in commercial sales and/or personnel
• are PC-affin, perhaps also in the field of host applications
• ideally have good knowledge in the area of telephony, customer/sales service
• are communicative, responsiveness to contact and team
